Join Niki for an invigorating and supportive workshop designed to help you explore the foundations of arm balances and inversions with confidence and ease. The session will begin with a dynamic flow, focusing on core strength, arm engagement, and flexibility to build a strong base. From there, Niki will guide you through the essential elements of balancing on your hands and practicing inversions with support, offering tools and insights that can deepen your practice.

Whether you are new to arm balances and/or curious about starting to add inversions to your yoga journey, this workshop provides a safe and welcoming environment. You’ll leave feeling inspired, equipped with new techniques, and ready to incorporate these skills into your practice.

Niki is a passionate and skilled teacher known for her warm and energetic approach. Her teaching style empowers students to explore their limits while feeling grounded and supported, making her classes both challenging and rewarding.

Workshop cancellation policy
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy for workshops. If you cancel outside of the 14 day window you may transfer your booking to another workshop or request a credit be added to your yoga edge account. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless we receive a last minute booking and your space gets filled. Alternatively you can gift your booking to someone else, in this case please contact us with their details.
