Attend less often but still want great value? Our 4 class monthly option is ideal if you attend once per week.

You’ll receive the zoom link via email 1hr before the class and the recording link afterwards (48hr access).

10% concessions discount: for full time students, disabled, senior citizens (60+), NHS, emergency services, forces, teachers, job seekers, and those on low income (>£20k pa). Not available on the intro offer or single classes. Please email us with a form of proof.
pre-booking policy: please note we allow a maximum of one class booking per day. If you have an unlimited pass you are welcome to attend as many classes in the day as you like, but only one can be pre-booked.
