Get comfy as you’re guided through a grounding meditation, then bathe in the ethereal tones of the crystal alchemy bowls as the vibrations wash over your body. With healing frequencies tuned to balance the chakras & the glands of the endocrine system, this soundbath will help you return to physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

Charlotte is one of our much-loved teachers here at The Yoga Edge, and also offers Reiki energy healing.

In addition to booking this workshop, many of our regular students choose to also book into Charlotte’s 5-6pm Sunday yin class which runs prior to this workshop - combining the two together for the ultimate experience!

Workshop cancellation policy
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy for workshops. If you cancel outside of the 14 day window you may transfer your booking to another workshop or request a credit be added to your yoga edge account. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless we receive a last minute booking and your space gets filled. Alternatively you can gift your booking to someone else, in this case please contact us with their details.
