Free Your Hips: A Hip-Opening & stability Workshop with Niki Puspoki

Join Niki for a workshop designed to help release tension, enhance flexibility, and improve stability in your hips. This session will begin with a carefully designed yoga sequence, targeting the muscles around your pelvis, including the hamstrings, psoas, glutes, and lower back. Through mindful movement and strengthening techniques, you’ll build steadiness and ease in these areas.
From there, you’ll transition into specific restorative/yin poses, allowing for deep stretches and relaxation to further open the hips and improve overall alignment.
Whether you sit too much at a desk, have aches and pains, or are simply looking to move with more ease, this workshop will provide an encouraging space to go deep and find freedom and relief.
Niki’s sessions are a perfect blend of energy and care. Her warm and friendly approach creates a supportive environment, and her passion for helping students deepen their practice shines through.
Spaces limited, early booking is recommended. Workshops have a 14 day cancelation policy (see below).
Workshop cancellation policy
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy for workshops. If you cancel outside of the 14 day window you may transfer your booking to another workshop or request a credit be added to your yoga edge account. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless we receive a last minute booking and your space gets filled. Alternatively you can gift your booking to someone else, in this case please contact us with their details.
