Vic’s classes are energising and flowing, designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility. She encourages students to connect breath with movement, helping you get out of your head and into your body. With a background in acting and film, and as a mum of three, she brings warmth, creativity and lived experience to her teaching. Vic completed The Yoga Edge 200-hour teacher training in 2022 and has been sharing her passion for yoga ever since.
